My mother had to wait for hours, which is completely unacceptable for a 70-year-old woman. The incompetency of the staff left us scrambling for alternatives, which added unnecessary stress to our trip.

Best birthday surprise ever!
Had a fab stay with my partner! The staff was amazing and super attentive. They surprised me with a birthday cake at breakfast, complete with candles and a song! Such a sweet gesture! Only issue was the room was a bit dated, could use some TLC, but the experience totally made up for it. Loved the vibe at the restaurant too!

I could have almost praised this place, but the noise was unbearable, and the shower was filthy. I expected at least a complimentary upgrade for enduring such discomfort. With ancient beds that squeak and a so-called restaurant with only fast food, it’s truly unimpressive. A hotel globe should definitely take notes.
